Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAssessing of the goals of the player as well as the skill level with basic drills starting with ball handing and layups then progressing to shooting and moves off the dribble.
Lesson 11+Being detail oriented with what we are doing in each drill and trying to crest perfect reps.
Lesson 4-10Get into the swing of a workout going from one drill to another working on improving the players skill set by combining drills that they are comfortable with while challenging them with game like senecios that will test there abilities that can overall give them better skills.
Lesson 2-3 Based off the skill level we will progress with drills we started with and I will introduce new drills and techniques used to be successful. These will be ways for the player to understand the format of the workouts starting with ball handling into layups and then shooting. All of this is based off of the goal we discuss in the first session.
Advanced training plan

Lesson 11+Creating consistency with every drill that we do to have the best overall skill set as possible
Lesson 4-10Create situations that force the player to use the skills that they are weaker at in order to get better wether that’s finishing with there right/left hand or shooting making 5 shots in a row to move to the next spot or drill.
Lesson 2-3Tune up the drills to be game like situations with the skills that need to be improved to show the progress that can be made in these sessions.
Youth players
Working with kidsTo provide basketball instruction focusing on but not limited to the major skill sets of shooting, passing, footwork, and ball handling. Assist in player development in regards to basketball specific strength, athleticism, and stability and help athletes grow in their ability to work, set SMART goals, & be a good teammate.
Working with teenagersTo provide basketball instruction focusing on but not limited to the major skill sets of shooting, passing, footwork, and ball handling.
