Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson for a beginner will be to teach how the fundamentals of a layup right side and left with the knee up on right for right hand and knee up on left side for left hand layups! 1 had forum shooting to get a idea on how to shoot correctly
Lesson 11+Lesson 11 plus you will definitely fell confident in ya abilities and in ya skills and I would look for some type of league to play in so I can come watch and show support and see what he needs to work on in game situations to further his skills
Lesson 4-10By the second week, my program will have start mini conditioning than go to layups, shooting, dribbling and learning the proper footwork!!
Lesson 2-3Go over the first lesson in the first 10 min repeat and than we start to dribbling drills combine with conditioning!
