Training 2-3Same format as 1st lesson just continue to build

Training 4-10Everything continues to build. Go over problem areas while continuing to build. Pace should be picking up with less instruction over foundational areas

Training 11+At this stage they should be familiar with coach and the intensity should be increasing.
