Your first lessonThe first lesson I usually just touch on the fundamentals and the basics from there we can work something more tailored to your position and skill level
Lesson 11+To be put in game like situations that hone their instincts
Lesson 4-10This is usually where I like to ramp it up with drills and skill exercises ex:( shooting drills, ball handling, defensive drills)
Lesson 2-3After the basics and fundamentals we get into more of the position and skill level aspects of the game like the right reads and plays and dos and don’ts for situations
