Your first lessonThe first lesson I really try and find what makes you comfortable on the court . I love finding the “lightbulb” moments for my clients . I will progressively show and address the area of training needed. From conditioning. To gear (if need be) knee braces Ankle braces ETC.
I spend a 30 minute warm up as well as skill assessment through different drills prepared
Lesson 11+You will undoubtedly have more stamina .
Handle of the basketball will be improved.
Complete Knowledge of your position .
