Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI begin with a more formal introduction of myself and detail the various drills each workout will consist of. Starting with basic fundamentals, I'm able to guage the player's skill level and make mental notes for future workouts, while giving contructive criticism. As the workout comes to a close, I then ask the player what areas of the game are they looking to improve upon. This helps me create a workout routine, along with my personal notes, for the upcoming workouts.
