What stood out to me was how Roland focused on teaching the fundamentals and gave helpful advice on how I can support my son’s skill growth at home. The lesson was clear and encouraging, making it easy to follow along. If you want to build a solid basketball foundation, Roland’s lessons are definitely worth trying! πŸ€

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI want to develop fundamental basketball skills for he/ she to uncover their strengths and gaps. Also can they fully listen to me without talking to others and understand eye contact. The players need to dribble the basketball without looking @ it. But most importantly can they close their eyes and make sure to control the basketball. I would need to see hand / eye coordination to make sure their balance is properly prepared for improvement.
Lesson 11+The last would be to understand the difference between paying attention and being able to make mistakes. To take their game to the next level but prepare for success. I want to give the efforts to aiding in the development of our young players on and off the court. I want to help you refresh your current skills and embrace new ones. I would show how the block out your opponent by stepping in front of the person while following the basketball in flight. To show passion while being aggressive with his or her skills.

How it works
Lesson 4-10As you uncover your strengths and gaps, I will make personalized recommendations for growth and development. The tools you need to support your growth and development enrich your learning journey and keep you engaged. Play defense without crossing your legs. Run side to side without tripping over your feet. Also run backwards with head up to defend and slide, jump to see if your balance is accurate. Basketball is running, stopping and jumping to defend against your opponents
Lesson 2-3I will personally help make navigating your development a breeze. Can you pass the ball with arms fully extended thumbs down for sharp crisp passes by stepping forward with either foot. Also can they have peripheral vision to locate the basketball and opponent @ the same time.

Youth players
Working with kidsFundamental basketball skills for ages 4 and up with the tools you need to support their growth and development enrich their learning journey and keep them engaged

Working with teenagersI would make the teenagers use their game to get to the next level but prepare for success. I would help them refresh their knowledge of current skills and embrace new ones. I would definitely like for them to have experienced that they would learn how to become a better person and teammate in their own life. One thing that they can do is make sure they have an opportunity to work hard each and every day and tomorrow. Be respectful and responsible for their own actions.
