Training together was genuinely a great experience for me. I really liked the structure of the sessions and the energy you brought every time. I feel like I improved a lot—especially in consistency, discipline, and pushing myself past the point where I would normally stop. You were a big part of that. As a coach, you motivated me to become better, both physically and mentally. You knew exactly when to push me harder and when to correct me in a way that actually helped me understand what I needed to change. The drills you put me through were definitely challenging, but in the best way—each one had a purpose, and I could feel the progress from session to session. This summer I trained with Sherwood Brown for a couple of weeks and it was one of the best trainings I've ever had. First we started with a lot of footwork , handling the ball and shooting ,then I also got the chance to work on my body in the weighroom. I only trained a couple of weeks but it took my game to another level.From being a slow undersized center to a more athletic wing.When a former division 1 and G league player told me that I have potential and I just need to keep working , it made me more confident ,and from there I started working much more.

thanks a lot for the training sessions that we have man i really appreciate it, i feel i become a lot better than i was, i feel like the drills we did were very challenging to me wich is a good thing because it helps you to get out of your comfort zone, i liked the drills that we worked on different types of cuts because they were very close to the reality of a real game, all the drills were very similar to a real gane situations were you need cordination, speed and taking decisions one thing i liked of your training style is that you are a very good coach because you pushed me to give a 100% of my effort no matter if i miss or made it you always tell us to keep going and not to give up on the drills. as a conclusion i feel i become a lot better at cutting at the basket, dribbling, moving whitout the ball and my coordination, the times we trained i always i felt motivated and willing to give all my effort.

The truth to thank you for all the training I received from you since you evaluated my level as a basketball player and you knew how to design a workout according to my needs was the best thing you could have done, since the game level improved significantly also what I supported a lot was that you helped us mentalize them and accept the mistakes as part of the process to take lessons from them and challenge ourselves that day by day we were going to play better and according to the exercises the truth all have worked for me and I continue to use them in my day to day as part of my training routine
