Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFirst Lesson would be getting to know one another so there can be a balance between teacher and student. I would also like to know what my student would actually like to learn as well.
Training 2-3Second and Third lesson we are getting hands on the ball and start getting comfortable with drills.
Training 4-10Fourth through the Tenth lessons are different drills but does not mean we can’t refresh our first or second lesson.
Training 11+Anything else after the tenth lesson is all test and challenging yourself with all the different lessons.
What you need to bringStudents should bring a basketball and a water bottle.
What I can bringI Will provide cones and any equipment needed for the drills.
