Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStretching and running is the best way to get warmed up so we will begin there. Learning Rules & the engagement of the game.
Lesson 11+Scrimmages & playing basket ball, going over weakness & strengthening them. Competing with other students.
Lesson 4-10Shooting & defending the ball, ball handling, running plays, working on strong areas & acknowledging areas that need work.
Lesson 2-3Getting in shape, sprinting, workout exercises, dribbling & passing the ball.
