Focus: Mechanics, coordination, strength foundations
Dynamic Warm-Up (10–12 min)
Purpose: Prepare joints, nervous system, and movement patterns used in sport.

Movement Mechanics & Activation (10 min)
Purpose: Build stability and correct movement patterns.
Strength Foundations (15–20 min)
Purpose: Develop basic strength that transfers to sport.
Speed & Agility Introduction (10–12 min)
Purpose: Teach proper sprint and change-of-direction mechanics
Cool Down & Education (5–8 min)
Purpose: Recovery + athlete awareness.

Defensive Speed, Conditioning & Game Pace
Focus: Lateral speed, closeouts, deceleration, basketball conditioning
Dynamic Court Warm-Up (10–12 min)
Purpose: Prep body for repeated high-intensity efforts.
Defensive Footwork & Lateral Speed (12–15 min)
Purpose: Build elite defensive movement patterns.
Conditioning & Repeat Sprint Ability (12–15 min)
Purpose: Prepare athletes for game tempo without sloppy movement.
Basketball Reaction & Closeouts (10–12 min)
Purpose: Transfer speed to game situations.
Core & Cool Down (8 min)
Purpose: Stability + recovery.
Coach Education (2–3 min)

Reaction, Decision-Making & Game Speed
Focus: Cognitive speed, reaction time, change of direction, fatigue control

Purpose: Train athletes to move on visual or verbal cues.
Change of Direction Under Fatigue (12–15 min)
Purpose: Maintain technique when tired (huge in games).
Basketball Application Drills (12–15 min)

Purpose: Train performance under pressure.
