Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson for a beginner will be the fundamentals of the game. Such as foot work, dribbling and moving without the basketball.
Lesson 11+In our remaining lesson we'll incorporate what we've learned and apply these skills in a real time game setting.
Lesson 4-10From lessons 4-10 we glean from what we've learned in our previous lessons.
Lesson 2-3In our second and third lessons we will work on shooting and the fundamentals of a proper shooting motion, using your legs and wrist.

Youth players
Working with kidsDepending on the child and assessing what skills are needed most, I will incorporate basic drills that keep them engaged and eager to learn more.
Working with teenagersWhile working with teenagers adapting my lessons will be focused on applying the good habits they've learned and implementing them with the skills and drills we'll incorporate together.
What you need to bringStudents should bring their enthusiasm and be motivated to experience a blessed and taught filled lesson in not only basketball but life as well.
What I can bringI'll bring the basketballs. I also have cones and some workout equipment for teens, seniors and young adults if needed.
