Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will approach the first lesson with a beginner by focusing on the fundamentals and rules while emphasizing having fun also!
Lesson 2-3In their second and third lesson they can expect more fundamentals like dribbling, passing and shooting drills and a game at the end.
