What you need to bringCome ready to work—physically and mentally. Bring:
Proper athletic shoes and comfortable workout gear
A full water bottle (hydration is key)
A towel and any personal recovery gear you use
An open mind, focused attitude, and willingness to be coached

What I can bringI bring a full set of training gear tailored to your needs: cones, resistance bands, agility ladders, weighted balls, medicine balls, and more. Depending on the session, I incorporate recovery tools and performance-tracking methods to measure growth over time. I also bring what matters most—focused energy, detailed feedback, and a championship mindset.
