Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet a feel for natural habits. I’m going to see how well you dribble, check your shooting form/motion, and defensive sliding mechanics. Get to know the player’s tendencies and style of play. I will test mental strength!!
Lesson 11+Repetition! We’ll keep getting better in other areas once the basics are all down
Lesson 4-10Now we will be bring it all together with “in game” scenarios and live reads!
Lesson 2-3Once I know what and how you like to play we get those mechanics down. Now this is where “Square 1” takes place
