Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOn our first lesson, I want to understand your goals & what you want to accomplish. Then we will run through some drills based on what you think you need to work on. The drills will help me determine where your game is at & what drills I need to design to get you to where you want to be. It’s all about you!
Lesson 11+Now we bring it all together. Depending on your age & grade level, we will combine multiple drills & skill sets, add additional challenges. Adjust techniques where needed.
Lesson 4-10Now we move into the more advanced drill & skill development. We refine what you’ve learned so far & evaluate your skill progression. We will also start combining drills & make them a bit more challenging. This helps keep you advancing & improving.
Lesson 2-3Now we refine the drills and evaluate your progress. Add additional drill & increase the pace a bit.
