I have about 16 years of basketball experience, as well as varsity head coach and college level experience. I aim to develop any athlete based on their goals and mindset. I have experience with all ages from 5-21. Hope to help your athlete achieve their goals!

Coach Trevor is the best! He sadly moved but his basketball knowledge and ability to coach were fantastic. He has a very good way of relaying high level knowledge and breaking it down so the kids can understand. He took time to make sure our kids felt special and motivated them. Great coach

Im writing this review based on past training sessions with coach Trevor. He helped Gabe have a much better mindset when on the court. A year before we met coach Trevor Gabe didn’t have an attack mindset on the court and played timid. After training with coach Trevor Gabe had many new moves and a newfound confidence to score. This has elevated Gabe’s game to where it needs to be. Sad to see coach Trevor go but he’s a great one!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will evaluate the skill level of the athlete through sets of drills then orchestrate a training regimen specific to that athlete.
Lesson 11+Athlete should know what to expect and come get work every session leaving a better player and person.
Lesson 4-10Athlete should start to see noticeable progress. We will start ramping up activity into more advanced drills and game knowledge situation.
Lesson 2-3Increasing level of volume and technical drills. Higher intensity.
