Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst Lesson is defense position and how to move within a defense
Lesson 11+11 on will be skill development
Lesson 4-104th and on will be shooting, zone defense, off ball movement, rebounding, on court positioning, pick and roll, transition offense.
Lesson 2-3Secound is basic offense skills. Passing and Dribbling
