Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll kick things off by sharpening ball-handling with controlled dribble moves to build confidence under pressure, followed by a series of fitness drills designed to boost conditioning, speed, and agility. We’ll close the session with focused shooting reps, emphasizing form, consistency, and game-like situations to build accuracy and endurance on the court.
Lesson 11+The fourth session focuses on building the body to support skill work. We’ll start with strength-based movements and core training to improve stability, power, and injury prevention. From there, players will move into high-intensity full-court drills that mix dribbling, passing, and shooting under fatigue, simulating real game flow. The workout closes with competitive scrimmage-style action, giving athletes the chance to combine everything from Days 1–11 in a live, game-like environment.
Lesson 4-10The third session highlights passing skills and decision-making, starting with drills that stress accuracy and timing. We’ll build into teamwork concepts through partner and group activities, promoting communication and court awareness. The session closes with live game-action drills, combining dribbling, shooting, and defense into competitive scenarios to apply all skills in a realistic, high-energy setting.
Lesson 2-3The second session builds on fundamentals by working through footwork drills that improve balance, quickness, and explosive first steps. We’ll transition into defensive skill work—sliding, closeouts, and positioning—emphasizing effort and discipline. The workout finishes with conditioning circuits to strengthen endurance and prepare players to maintain high energy throughout a full game.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonExplosive basketball conditioning, combining court-focused speed and agility drills with full-body fitness circuits and elite ball-handling sequences. Players cycle between high-tempo shooting under fatigue, core strength and plyometric exercises, and rapid dribble combinations to simulate in-game pressure. The nonstop pace challenges endurance, sharpens focus, and develops the explosive power, control, and resilience needed to dominate at an advanced level.
Lesson 11+Bringing everything into one full-intensity session. Athletes combine explosive plyometrics, core strength, and conditioning with advanced ball handling and high-speed shooting. The workout emphasizes game-like transitions—sprinting into shots, finishing through contact, and maintaining control under fatigue. It’s the ultimate test of endurance, power, and skill, pulling together the best of the previous days into a complete, high-performance challenge.
Lesson 4-10We will work on elite ball handling, speed, and shooting under pressure. Athletes sharpen control with advanced dribble drills, attack angles at game pace, and push footwork through agility work. The session finishes with high-intensity shooting sequences to build confidence and consistency in pressure situations.
Lesson 2-3Focusing on explosiveness, strength, and game-speed action. Athletes power through plyometric jumps, strength and core circuits, and high-tempo court drills that simulate live play. The nonstop pace builds power, stamina, and the ability to finish strong under pressure.
