Your first trainingWe define why were you here today, what is the purpose of the Workout? To Improve, We Guarantee Success as long as the player is coachable, Teachable, Willing and Honest I am one of the very few coaches who has their teaching degree. Work on the skills we have demonstration/explanation, set short/long term goals, positive reinforcement, specific feedback, constructive Not Destructive criticism.
Training 2-3We would review the four pivots, work on your child's passing, catching and ball handling. At 55 years old, I am a very good teacher on how to shoot the basketball.
Training 4-10Master the basics and integrate your child into 1v1, 3v3, and 5 v 5 games. Develop your mental and physical toughness, your basketball IQ and How to compete on every play. Develop your leadership role Individually and teach your child how to lead/influence others.
