Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be about ball handling, form shooting & fundamental work to gauge your proper level of expertise.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will be about mastering the fundamentals, form shooting & having the confidence to put everything together that was learned.
Lesson 4-10As the lessons continue expect to progress with more complicated drill work, in depth teaching, shooting on the run & shooting off of the dribble.
Lesson 2-3Second lesson will be more about teaching, shooting repetition’s, & drill work.
Youth players
Working with kidsKids must be having fun. Kids need to be motivated & encouraged even through mistakes & errors. This is the key to progressing with them.
Working with teenagersTeenagers need more reps & more structure through training. I will show them that their way was fine but to get better,& to compete against higher levels more training & correct steps in preparation need to be taken.
