He was my coach and coached very well. Helped in my dribbling, shooting mechanics, footwork - balance. Also helps the mental side of basketball as well. I’d recommend to anyone !!! Wanting to get better

Teaches basic but knowledgeable and adjust depending on the athlete. Pushes you to your limit but doesn’t over exhaust- he said everyone works on what they see on tv but don’t understand that all came from basic technical mechanics.

That agility ladder is no joke!! He’s a good coach doesn’t just talk about on the court but talks about being a student athlete. Student being first athlete being second. Telling me to keep my head in to gaining knowledge and wanting to understand and always be curious

I asked him about specific things I wanted to work on and he tailored workouts for that while still implementing is own thing!! I have no complaints
