Training with Chris has been super great. We've been at it for almost two years now, and training with Chris is super specific toward what needs to be done as far as goals and the job. It's not just fancy pad work, it's everything in application and everything in true existence. So, it's nothing that just comes from the formalities of looking good behind pads, but truly knowing exactly where you're stepping, how the power is getting applied, and how the mental changes and shifts are being done in the art of boxing. I think that's what's being brought to me from Chris, from his program in Flow State. I'm just truly grateful and I'm glad to be part of this program. Honestly, it's been super convenient for Chris to come out here. This is truly a gift for someone to come to the home and give me their time to actually get boxing in. I'm truly grateful for that. Thank you, Chris. And if you guys are not with him now, man, sign up. This is something that you guys need in your life.

Learn real boxing and self defense skills at the convenience of your own home. Chris was an actual boxer who knows real technique that works. For anyone too busy to make it to the gym but still want to learn how to box this is for you.

I recently started training with Chris and am very pleased with his knowledge in the sport of boxing. He didn't have a need to boast about his accolades because it showed in his attention to technique. He doesn't just show you how to do something, he explains the movement in great detail that you can feel it. have a busy schedule and he was willing to meet up at different locations for my convenience. Most of the time, I personally get a sense of calmness when training outdoors or in the comfort of my home rather than a boxing gym. Highly recommend.
