As someone with a kinesthetic learning style also with a lifelong passion for boxing, I've spent years immersed in the sport, constantly learning and refining my understanding of its nuances. My journey has led me from being a dedicated student of the game to being a hands-on trainer & teacher with ten plus years of experience training individuals and 4 years of formal coaching, I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and passion with others. I believe in fostering a supportive and challenging environment where boxers of all levels can grow, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.

Roland Njoh
Devon is very knowledgeable on human movement and performance. As a surgeon I know a thing or two about anatomy and physiology and his science based approach to training is unique and original. He has been training my wife and I since 2018 both in person and virtually at times at 5 am and as late as 11pm he’s very dependable. His training doesn’t come cheap but it’s well worth the investment into myself because fitness is a lifestyle and his wise guidance will stand the test of time.

Your first lessonThe first lesson is an evaluation of your fitness level. Basic bodyweight movements will be performed as well as boxing specific bodyweight movements to build a foundation for boxing.
