Hi there! I’m a ISSA-certified personal trainer, kickboxing instructor, Marine veteran, and lifelong martial artist, who has competed in various styles, including boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. I have also fought in Thailand. My biggest accomplishment was winning my first MMA title in Thailand. Martial arts, including boxing, has changed my life immensely and made me the person I am today. As your trainer/instructor, I want to share the same passion with you by helping you achieve your goals and much more! My proudest moment would be for my future students and clients to showcase the techniques and improvements they acquired under my coaching. So book with me today!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
