Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson introduces the basic boxing stance, fundamental punches, and essential movement techniques, focusing on safety and correct form. Beginners also learn how to wrap their hands, use jump ropes, and start building confidence with simple combinations through shadow boxing and light pad work.
Lesson 11+After lesson 11, beginners continue refining technique, adding complex combinations, and working on endurance and ring strategy. Training shifts towards personalized goals, including strength and conditioning circuits, pad work, and advanced sparring opportunities, ensuring ongoing progress in both fitness and boxing skills.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 gradually introduce more advanced combinations, defensive drills, and head movement. Students gain experience working with partners, improve reaction speed, and develop strength through targeted exercises. By the tenth lesson, most beginners have a solid technical base and experience in supervised sparring drills.
