Your first lessonMotion and delay plays . Wr drills with routes and building technique on when to look back over the shoulder and how to shake receivers . Quarterbacks pocket presence and reading a defense option pitch as well .half back screens bubble plays
Lesson 2-3Operation under a quarter backs cadence. Clap hikes rolling out of the pocket. Receiver shake off drills to help with getting open . Defender drills at cb how to provide perfect pass coverage how to distance yourself from a faster opponent.
Lesson 4-10Hurry up offense .learning to move under pressure .the blitz how to avoid it and how to sack a quarterback. Bluff blitz . Wr reverses trick plays and red zone offense
Lesson 11+Plays how to read a play call from the sideline . Small scrimmages . Full 4 down drives ,player rotations audibles and different advanced drills based on hand eye coordination.
