I loved learning new football techniques, especially how to cut sharper, which really made a difference. Andre’s lessons are well structured and engaging. If you want to improve your skills and enjoy a supportive atmosphere 🙂. Coach Dre is very knowledgeable of the sport, and at the same time he test your skill level. It suprises me of how much more I pushed through for each session. I have gained strength and became much faster since I have been Coached by Andre. I definitely recommend trying his sessions. You’ll come away with useful skills and a fresh approach to the game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonObjective: Establish a foundation for skills and fitness, introduce football basics, and emphasize fun and engagement. • Warm-up & Stretching (10 minutes): Dynamic stretches (high knees, butt kicks, arm circles) to improve mobility and prevent injuries. • Star Drill (15 minutes): Set cones in a star pattern to work on change of direction, footwork, and awareness. Teach the importance of body control during direction shifts. • Agility Ladder (10 minutes): Introduce ladder drills like one-step-per-box or lateral shuffles to build coordination and quickness. • Bounding Drills (10 minutes): Teach proper running mechanics and explosiveness by focusing on bounding drills. • Cool-down & Reflection (5 minutes): Static stretches and a quick conversation on what they learned to reinforce understanding and build confidence.
Lesson 11+Objective: Focus on advanced skills, refine teamwork, and introduce game strategies. • Warm-up & Advanced Plyometrics (10 minutes): Explosive drills like depth jumps and hurdle hops. • Game Simulation Drills (20 minutes): Run simulated plays with a focus on strategy, communication, and execution. • Strength Training Introduction (15 minutes): Teach bodyweight exercises (push-ups, squats, planks) to build core and functional strength. • Special Teams Practice (15 minutes): Work on kicking, punting, and return strategies to provide exposure to all game elements. • Cool-down & Goal Setting (10 minutes): Static stretching and a discussion on individual goals for improvement.

Working with kidsWhen working with kids, I focus on creating a fun and engaging environment that builds their confidence and basic skills. I use age-appropriate drills like agility ladders, cone games, and simple passing and catching activities. I keep instructions simple and incorporate lots of encouragement and positive feedback. I also use games and playful competition to keep their attention while teaching teamwork and basic football fundamentals. Each session is structured to maximize movement and minimize idle time, ensuring they stay engaged and active.

Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, I focus on building foundational skills, refining techniques, and introducing game strategies. I adapt lessons to challenge their physical and mental abilities by using more advanced drills like reaction-based cone work, position-specific skills, and small-sided games to simulate real-game scenarios.
