Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will go over stance. Going through our first 3 steps
Lesson 11+For pass pro we will have a medicine ball you will do 3 kick steps. On the last kick step I will toss the medicine ball to you and your job will be to punch the ball. As you punch the ball I want you to stay squared and low
Lesson 4-10We will use bands to use during pass pro to keep your shoulder square.
Lesson 2-3We will go through drive blocking using the bags. I will set up cones for different types of runs such as, inside zone, outside zone, power etc. And also go through pass pro
