I started teaching Zach at a young age in about the 7th grade. He went on to play high-school ball and a little bit of college ball at the Navy Academy.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLike to know where your skill set is right now. What do you know and what do you not know. Do not be embarrassed we all have to start somewhere. We will set goals for what you want to reach and make a game plan on how you can achieve it! We will then start with easy stretches and drills to get you ready
Lesson 11+Work on consistency and building towards your long term goals. Some days will be hard but that’s why we start with the early sessions getting that winner mindset!
Lesson 4-10It will get harder. We will try to make larger strides to your goals for the season. We will start getting more into what makes you a better player and teammate. How you can help your team on the field
Lesson 2-3We will work on stretching and basic fundamentals. Aspects build a foundation and a good learning habit for upcoming sessions so we can get training done efficiently.
