Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will consist of understanding more of the athlete which we’ll go over the agility tests, stance and start evaluation and adjustment, pad level, hand placement and footwork!
Lesson 11+Lessons that are 11+ can expect to be fast paced with the advanced positional training!
Lesson 4-10We will start with a warmup along with drills to help testing to start (10-15 min). The rest of the time will be for moderate football position work!
Lesson 2-3Days 2-3 will consist of testing which will be 10-yard split, shuttle, L drill, broad jump, and vertical jump along with how to be successful with each test. Football training at the end for 10-15 minutes
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBaseline testing to see where you are athletically (10-yard split, shuttle, L drill, broad jump, and vertical jump) Position Training at the end!
Lesson 4-10Lessons from this point on can expect to have film sessions along with training!
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will be implementing advanced positional training along with starting to incorporate concepts and schemes with positional training.
