Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will introduce myself to the student a little background of my football journey. And also we talk about their preferences in the position they want to play in the offensive line. And little demonstration.
Lesson 11+The will continue to learn and advance their technique and knowledge day to day. Is a gradual process to perfection.
Lesson 4-10By lesson 4 the students already feel comfortable with his work and able to do some many things required of him in his position.
Lesson 2-3Second lesson we will get to work, work on the fundamentals of offensive line , depending on the level and the knowledge of the student.
