Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDepending on skill level we will work different footwork techniques, starting sprints, and cuts to see where the athlete is at so I can get a baseline on what we need to work on.
Lesson 11+Cultivate all the drills we’ve been learning to the field. Like Full on football mirror routes and game simulation drills, etc..
Lesson 4-10Start to do more drills that translate directly to the football field, ball drills, combine drills, etc…
Lesson 2-3Start to broaden the the techniques, begin to do more complicated drills, and speed workouts if the athlete it doing well in beginning stages.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players is more or less the same for beginners but just more intense.
Lesson 11+Emulate drills that will prepare you for the next level. Mock game drills, mock game ball drills etc..
Lesson 4-10Add more ball drills and more advanced foot work drills that can prepare the player for the next level.
Lesson 2-3Gradually work to the different ladder drills and cone drills that a for advance players.
Youth players
Working with kidsSimple foot work and cutting drills that will have the child stand out when playing and practicing with their counter parts.
Working with teenagersMore advanced drills that will prepare the player for high school ball and beyond.
