Your first lessonThe first lesson is understanding the game in each time and moment. Without that train of thought you will find yourself struggling to put yourself in the best position to be productive. Once I understood this process it made the game a lot easier to play and be successful.
Lesson 11+The thought of not understanding the game will no longer be your fear and the confidence knowing you are well equipped to be successful on the gridiron. You will not only understand the fundamentals of playing football but you will be able to implement your teachings and execute with confidence.
Lesson 4-10Learning the best angles and body position to avoid being hurt while playing football. This includes tackling drills, ball drills, catching and hitting drills.Also avoiding offside and pass interference penalties.
Lesson 2-3Hands and running drills. The art of using your hands to defend and slow down the opponent. Running drills to give you the best advantage in the moment of playing and facing contact.
