Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWork on fundamentals, mainly running and making football related moves.
Lesson 11+To instill all prior lessons and drive home the importance of hard work.
Lesson 4-10Faster pace activities such as 1 v 1’s, as well as 7 v 7’s
Lesson 2-3 Passing for qb,s, routes for receivers, and hole identification for running back, technique on all defensive positions.
