Training 2-3 Fundamental work, hand fighting, and directional drills. We will work on how to start to set up your move.
Training 4-10Fundamental work, Hand fighting, and furthering setting up your move. By now you should be able to get straight into your bag!
Training 11+Continuing to develop the skills that you have learned. Tweaking your moves to get you to the play faster. Perfecting your favorite move is what we want to do here!
