My name is Ethan I used to be a varsity wide receiver and free safety as well as a simi pro defensive backs coach for the maryland cougars in Baltimore maryland im looking to bring my knowledge and experience to the younger generation while I can no longer play competitively due to injury I am more then excited and honored for a chance to pass on my knowledge and experience

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson I get an understanding for how and what a student knows about positioning basics
Lesson 11+For lessons 11 plus we dive into your specific skill set and hone that improving either your all around game or your specific needs
Lesson 4-10In lessons 4 through 10 we expand and get to more advanced things like coverages and coverage positioning for defensive backs and routes and route running for wide receivers
Lesson 2-3During the second and third lessons we will work on improving upon basics such as stance and footwork we will also work on technical aspects such as hand place and positioning
Youth players
Working with teenagersEach lesson plan is tailored to the skill set of the student which is how it should be not every athlete is the same therefore nor should every lesson plan
What you need to bringStudent should bring cleats water and gloves if they prefer them
