Your first lessonLesson one is to be comfortable.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-5 is to have the drive and the joy to have fun and work hard daily, better athlete and better individual.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2 and 3 would be the will and the drive to have the passion to train.
What you need to bringCleats, water, snacks (depending on if they need them), inhalers just incase, effort, and joy.
What I can bringI can bring cones, soft pads, footballs, tennis balls, and other equipment.
