Your first lessonBasic introduction of mechanics on how to throw, catch. Analysis on running, conditioning, throwing style and football IQ. General welcome and get to know the athlete!
Lesson 11+These last lessons are full run and walk through of in-game scenarios these athletes may face against. This is where the IQ and Physical HAVE to come together in order to run smoothly. Work on executing play calls and remembering coverages of what to look for as a QB!
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 are developing confidence with basic mechanics of the physical and mental skills learned to be able to run an offense effectively also while keeping composure and not forgetting the essential physical skills learned previously.
Lesson 2-3If knowledge is grasped from first lesson we move onto in depth motor mechanics, football scheming offensively and defensively, and work on combining putting all the lessons together and get good at it!
