Hello, my friends call me J, I played varsity football at Fountain Valley High School for 4 years, and 1 year at the collegiate level. I played WR/ DB , if you want to be more smarter, agile, quicker, and have faster feet than anyone around you, and have a better understanding of how to play this great game of football, I’m the guy you call. For To my training session were never intended to only have effects during the time I am with you, but are meant to have positive lasting effects even I after I depart from you on and off the FIELD.

While at Fountain Valley HS playing football, Jeremiah would meet me at the highschool almost every Saturday to help me become a better wr/ rb while doing the workouts with me to show me , why and how to run a route a specific away, and he used his knowledge to explain of the game to always back up what he said. And also taught me how to have a better running form, so that I would not only get faster, but build a strong base to be a more sound runner
Olivia Hernandez
Coach Jeremiah taught me as I came to in my first year of girls flag football, how to not only become a better qb, but how to throw on the run, properly and with accurate technique, how to use 10 practical ways and moves how to dodge the rusher. How to throw father, with using less of my arm so to prevent strain on my arm, how to implement using my hips and core to use every bit of my strength and transfer to every part of my game. And how to properly throw at and time when to throw at wr during many different routes I would encounter during a game/ practice. And started at qb for my 1st year, and was invited to play at NFL flag football girls chargers camp

When I played Football at Fountain Valley HS football, Jeremiah would teach me how to be a better wr and take me under his wing, how To get faster feet, taught me new releases off the line, and how to use leverage and spacing on the hash and numbers, to better win routes against corners, and he would even play db against me so I could get on 1 on 1 training and practice against me
Zach Hernandez
Entering my 1st year , playing flag football , Coach Jeremiah , taught me how to not only run faster, get quicker feet, and understand the game better, but he taught me why and how to run the routes a specific away so I can leave the defenders on skates , and how to better catch the ball by simple training routines and drills that we repetitively drilled. I averaged 2-3 receiving touchdowns in my 1st season playing.
Dylan Warner
With the help of Coach Jeremiah, when I was at Fountain Valley Highschool playing football he helped me get better by teaching me how to use my hands, feet, and speed off the line to get better separation from the db as I played receiver

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst assessing the dreams/ goals of the student and what accomplishments and achievements they hope to achieve as they embark on their football Career, so I can properly tailor a training plan and drills that fits their current skill level and knowledge around the game of football. Then doing an assessment on their speed, agility, strength, and knowledge of the game, to see what they need to improve on the most, and what position they play , so I can create a workout that helps them get 1% better every time we meet.
Lesson 11+To be able to fully understand , explain ,and how to use every technique, skill, strength, every piece of knowledge, and integrate in to every part of their game, every practice, and every workout, so now they have a strong base to grow, and only get better and better
Lesson 4-10You will already be fully acquainted with the consistency’s of your training plan, and continually working on the same movements, routes, footwork drills, and assessing where you’re at every week to see if we need to continue to focus on a certain technique or move on to another
Lesson 2-3You can expect by your 2nd-3rd lesson after I developing your training based on your skill and strengths assement, that they we will be working on the basics/ or fine tuned details based on the skill level of the athlete for the position they play( either wr, rb, db, qb) So that they can be the best rb , qb, wr, db in their league and team.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst assessing the dreams/ goals of the student and what accomplishments and achievements they’re currently setting out to do, season stats recieving/ rushing or what they set out to defensively in their current season, so I can properly tailor a training plan and drills that fits their current skill level and knowledge around the game of football. Then doing an assessment on their speed, agility, strength, and knowledge of the game, to see what they need to improve on the most, and what position they play , so I can create a workout that helps them get 1% better every time we meet.
Lesson 11+You will be able to fully understand , explain ,and how to use every technique, skill, strength, every piece of knowledge, and integrate in to every part of their game, every practice, and every workout, so now they have a strong base to grow, and only get better and better, as they advance their skills more and more after these sessions. My training sessions with an athlete are never intended to only have effects hear on the field while I have time with them, but are meant have to positive lasting effects on them on and off the field even after these sessions.
Lesson 4-10You will already be fully acquainted with the consistency’s of your training plan, and continually working on the same movements, routes, footwork drills, and assessing where you’re at every week to see if we need to continue to focus on a certain technique or move on to another.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with Kids, not much changes other than either toning down the speed or intensity of the workout to better accommodate and help build a base of strength, skill, and knowledge for the kid so they can consistently get better at a speed that is comfortable for them and for their parent

Working with teenagersThere isn’t much that changes, other than asking and sitting down with the athlete and seeing if they want to pursue football collegiately or even pro, so that I can better tailor a training plan for that helps them be the best at their position in the long run, and so that they can excel on their highschool football team on and off the field

What you need to bringBring 1. Work Hard attitude, no excuses you either want it or you don’t. 2. Cleats 3. Your assigned size football for the league or school you play in, or you use. 4. Water

What I can bringI will bring cones, the training plan for the session, a football if you don’t have one already let me know.( or bring your own if there’s a preferred size or designed football for the league or school you play in).
