Athlete-built. Faith-driven. I’m Coach Kenny, an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer with a background with a 12+ years in football, strength training, and athletic conditioning. I help athletes build stronger bodies, improve mobility, and train with purpose. My coaching style is simple: consistent work, smart programming, and a championship mindset. Whether you’re getting back into fitness, building a foundation, or pushing toward new goals, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
