I played competitive tennis for years. I never had any formal physical fitness training. 6 years ago, at age 68, I started training with a personal trainer. His name is Marquell Reddick. My training has focused on strength and balance exercises. As we age balance and stability become more important and this has helped me significantly. Marquell listens to me and explains the purpose of the exercises and the muscles involved. I'm very satisfied with Marquell as my trainer.
