Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first lesson is about trust, not drills. We talk through goals and any concerns, check basic movement, and build one foundation: the stance. You'll leave with something you can already do well.
Training 2-3We repeat the stance until it's automatic, then add basic footwork, light blocking pad work, and simple resistance band training. By lesson 3, you'll get into a stance without thinking and move your first step without losing balance.
Training 4-10This is where technique turns into performance. You'll work full footwork progressions, real pad work, medicine ball power drills, and combine-style testing to track your progress. By lesson 10, you'll move like a football player, not someone still learning to look like one.
Youth players
Working with teenagersOnly change to the Standard will be my patience with you. I still expect you to work to be great.
