Lesson 11+A beginner can expect to become an elite athlete and gain a professional athlete as a mentor to help guide them with educational and athletic endeavors.
Lesson 4-10During these sessions, athletes will begin to understand where they are in terms of skills and commitment. I emphasize consistency being the key point for seeing and feeling improvements in athletic abilities. Athletes tend to fall in love with the process.
Lesson 2-3An enhanced learning pace that not only allows them to learn efficiently, but also improves their skills in areas such as speed, conditioning, change of direction, etc.
Youth players
Working with kidsLessons for kids or dissected into fundamental development plans, making the activities more fun and engaging. This keeps their attention and gives them physical activities that they can enjoy.
Working with teenagersLessons tailored to teens focus on mentorship connections to help them reach their full potential beyond sports. Teens have the opportunity to become professionals and I train them as such.
