Coach Mitch Belton – Defensive Back Specialist Coach Mitch Belton is a former Clemson University defensive back and team captain with over 25 years of experience in football coaching and player development. He played in four bowl games, holds multiple special teams records, and has coached athletes at both the high school and college levels. Mitch specializes in training defensive backs, focusing on technique, football IQ, and position-specific drills to elevate game performance. He has helped countless players improve footwork, reaction time, and game awareness, preparing them for success on and off the field. Additionally, I have contributed to various college and high school camps in Clemson and Atlanta since 1992. I also gained valuable experience as a volunteer high school coach for defensive backs over three years. My training expertise spans defensive backs aged from 8 years and above, focusing on techniques, basic coverages, drills, and ball skills.
