Lesson 11+Once we have established good movement patterns, strong tissue, and have developed a solid work capacity, we will then get into specific work!
Lesson 4-10Continuation of the training block, consistent practice in advantageous joint positions will allow us to channel different levels of movement correctly that will keep us safe on the field
Lesson 2-3Based off what is found from our assessments, we will the build a training block necessary to help us overcome imbalances, prep tissue, and prep movements patterns

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will include and assessment that includes, postural, static and dynamic range of motion, functional movement, and athletic screening.
Lesson 11+As season gets closer, we’ll begin will begin to work on maintenance or enhanced strength/power, speed, and agility. We’ll follow this with a two week taper before heading to training camp.
Lesson 4-10Once we have developed in our weaknesses, we will then move on to our strengths. Focusing on what we are best out and prepping the details.
Lesson 2-3Dependent on the amount of time we have together, will determine what is most necessary that we need to work on. The first block will be built more towards weaknesses.

Youth players
Working with teenagersFor teenagers, we have to focus on physical preparation. Dependent on the school year and age, we may find ourselves training to train (building size, injury prevention, prepping tissue for loads) or we might found ourselves training to compete (finalizing speed and agility mechanics, developing body awareness, enhancing our ability to read body language, and specific skills).

What you need to bringBring cleats and the intention to get better! If you’re in the NFL, you can bring an NFL ball.
