About your football coach

I have 25 plus years of dedicated football instruction & success. Most recent achievement is the fact I helped build the Nations #1 ranked H.S. Football program & won 7 state Championships and 3 National Championships . I first arrived at Bishop Gorman College Prep in 2006 when they were ranked 2336 in the nation and had never won a state title in 4 or 5A football, by my 3rd year we were the #1 highest scoring offense in the Nation and undefeated for 3 seasons. I cultivate both skill and sportsmanship. My experience allows me to tailor coach and prepare your sessions to your individual needs. Join me to unlock your full potential on the field.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst and foremost I am NOT the LOUD mean spirited coach. I want you to feel comfortable and open to communicate with me exactly what your goals are and what you want to achieve. I will test your 1. Speed 2. Agility 3 Knowledge of your position. 4. Stamina 5.Overall capability and help you find the matching posistion for your body type size and speed.
Lesson 11+After 11 sessions I guarantee you are now a 1st team starter and you are well on your way to become one of several athletes that move on to earn scholarships at the collegiate D1 level and even a few NFL athletes, like Ronnie Stanley of the Ravens Xavier Grimble of the Steelers. I have coached every position and have athletes come out of high school Ranked #4 in nation at Half Back Full Back #1 ranked Tight End and #11th ranked Linebacker in the nation entering college.
Lesson 4-10A beginner by his 4th through 10th lesson will absolutely see a huge .improvement. I can assure you that every athlete I have coached moved to become a starter and a standout on his team,
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 & 3 will be tailor designed after your initial first lesson test results. You will be infused with a greater confidence and enthusiastic approach to the game and you will notice immediate results in every aspect of the game.
What you need to bringStudents should always bring their own water and be hydrated before a session. Also a student needs to bring a sponge like coachable attitude. Every athlete I have coached individually becomes an advanced high level starter. You bring the work ethic and you will excel and notice immediate improvement in your skill set.
What I can bringI use ladders cones and resistant straps, its all about development of agilities, fast feet, how to break down in pursuit defensively and how to explode and get off the ball offensively. Developing an overall football IQ .
