Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvaluation of skill set(speed and agility) will go over some basic drills to determine where we need to begin, and to get an understanding of the clients abilities.
Lesson 11+From here, we will start to perfect our craft. Work on polishing up our skill set through drills and the concepts of football, while understanding how mental the game becomes.
Lesson 4-10By this point the client should start to feel more comfortable with the movements and intensity of the training. From here we will start to introduce more drills, up the intensity, as well as sport specific position drills
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons will be going over the basic drills again, as well as adding additional drills, if the client can comfortably do them. Also, ramping up the intensity a bit.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonEvaluation of the clients skill set and conditioning to see where to begin. Understanding exactly what the client is looking for and needs.
Lesson 11+ATP we’re perfecting our craft by polishing our skill set, and we expanding upon our skill set.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be ramping up intensity, and finding new and innovative ways to get the max performance.
Lesson 2-3Lessons two and three will be scripted to the clients wishes, drills designed to focus on their specific needs.

Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt to kids by leaving out some of the technical aspects of the game until they’re at a point of understanding. The workouts are not as strenuous, with more recovery time in between.

Working with teenagersDepending on experience and skill level. I will adapt and meet the teenager where they feel more comfortable, but the work will be more intense than with youth.

What you need to bringCleats/track spikes, a ball if you have one, gloves etc. plenty of fluids(water, Gatorade, electrolytes, protein shakes etc.)

What I can bringCones(for footwork drills), ball, weighted sled(for speed training), weighted jump rope, speed parachute, speed latter(for footwork)
