Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe client will go through a series of different drills so that I can see where the current skill set is.
Lesson 11+Continue to build your football weaknesses and get the client to compete against other clients to test their new football skill set.
Lesson 4-10We would do a combination of building up your weaknesses on the football field and sharpening your strong skill set, with some football film breakdown.
Lesson 2-3We will take the results from the first training and build the client up upon their weaknesses.
What you need to bringThe clients need to be dressed with athletic t-shirt and athletic shorts.
The client needs to bring a water bottle, athletic shoes and football cleats.
