About your football coach
With over 12 years in both coaching and scouting, I have focused on the overall development of athletes in their specified position on the field. From 14U to D1 FBS college football, I've learned the ins-and-outs of movement ability, various positions, specific skills, and many other areas that are directly correlated to the game of football. My mission as a coach is to help players unlock their full potential on and off the field in order to become successful.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTesting: 40 yard dash, 5-10-5 short shuttle, L-Drill, Position Specific Drills, and Conditioning.
Lesson 11+Competition: The athlete will be able to apply everything that they've learned through competitive matches, Drills or other football related activities to put their skills to the test. These are the final phases of training.
Lesson 4-10Advanced Position Drills: Now that the athlete has a basic understanding of his position, now we will build upon the Drills and overall knowledge of it by adding intensity, details and overall compass of the position.
Lesson 2-3Specific Position Drills: After the testing phase, the athlete will be trained on position drills and details related to his position to be more focused on their overall improvement.
